• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 11:00.

• What are the parking options offered by the hotel?

  We don't have a car park at the hotel, however, we have an agreement with a nearby car park. For prices please contact us at: recepcion_astoria@bullhotels.com

• Are pets allowed in the hotel?

  No, we only allow service/guide animals.

• Do you rent towels for the pool and beach?

  Yes, 1€ per towel and 5€ deposit. Bathrobes aren't available.

• Do you have adapted rooms?

  Yes, only on request. These rooms are larger, and have a shower tray, shower chair and grab rails. To book this type of room please contact us at: astoria@bullhotels.com

• Is there food for vegans, vegetarians, diabetics and celiacs?

  Yes, please always inform us in advance so that we can offer you a more personalised service if required. 

• Do you organize transfers to and from the airport?

  Yes, this service is available at a charge, please contact the reception department: recepcion_astoria@bullhotels.com

• Do you have cribs for the rooms?

  Yes, it's a free service, which must be requested in advance.
